9/6/84 project G: Authorized personal ONLY Dr. del a Rosa launched a project code named project G (project Gojira) off the seaside of the Atlantic Oceans to see if they could lure Godzilla in by planting a prototype device named the O.R.C.A not to be confused with newer utilities witch share the same name, the device was planted on the fragile wreckage of the R.M.S Titanic this prototype witch had malfunctioned sent a shockwave across the ocean witch effected all other subs,boats,airlines deeming them with no function.
