Not sure. Either Godzilla, King Ghidorah, or Destoroyah I think.

Besides the obvious one, Mothra has for me slowly gone from being ok to one of my favorites/2nd favorite (Possibly due to KotM). 3rd I'd probably say Anguirus which doesn't really need an explanation, he's so CUTE!! ;D

I love all of the kaiju but all renditions of Mothra, all renditions of Godzilla (Shin Godzilla is growing on me but Monsterverse Godzilla is still King), all renditions of King Ghidorah, Rodan, Zilla/Godzilla1998, Monster X/Keizer Ghidorah, Mothra Leo/Rainbow Mothra, Desghidorah, Battra, Destoroyah, Space Godzilla, Biollante, MUTOs, and Gigan are my top picks

Glenn from Monster Zero. Because of his suave attitude and aggressiveness. His friendship with Fuji symbolizes a union of peace and goodwill between two countries once at war. So while he's a character meant to draw western audiences (and it worked) he also wasn't a cynical addition thanks to the likes of Honda and Sekizawa.

Rodan, no doubt. Battra and Gigan come in close second, though. I just love the intelligence and ferocity that Rodan brings to the franchise. Although, sometimes I wish people saw him in a better light.
