What team did you pick and why?

Well, I was around long before the team system was even a thing, but I joined Team Godzilla because I knew he was going to win in Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019).

Well, yeah, that much was obvious.

IM ON TEAM RODAN BECAUSE HE HAS THE COOLEST ABILTIES!

I asked Chris if he can make a Gamera Team,he didn't respond...

I joined team Rodan because he was my second favorite monster, and basically everyone went with Goji so I chose him as an underdog.

I'll probably change to team Kong at some point before GvK since I thought of the 3 monsterverse movies Kong's was my favorite.

Mothra because I like her,

And I like moths. They are my favorite insects...

I'm team Mothra because prior to Godzilla 2014, she along with Zilla were my favorite kaiju

I’m Rodan right now because he had the best design. I’ll probably change to Kong in the near future. 

Mothra, partly because she was an underdog, but largely because I was the most impressed with her redesign in KOTM. Rodan, Ghidorah and Godzilla are all great mind you, but Mothra easily had the most drastic changes made and yet still looks and feels like the Queen of the Monsters. They took some major risks with her and I think they paid off incredibly.

I like her redesign, but I do like her originals a bit better.

Same here, though I'm having an increasingly hard time choosing any Kaiju designs other than the Monsterverse's as favorites. They blend iconic features and imaginative realism in a way Toho's never really tried before, and with the future at least potentially bright I'm looking forward to how they evolve in later installments, particularly seeing how Mothra changes once he/she hatches out of that egg. Will they go the Mothra Leo route, or will she develop those little chicken feet from the original designs?
