What point in the movie does the Washington DC sequence happon?

We all know about the infamous sequence in both Trailer 1 and 2 of Washington D.C. seeing complete devastation from King Ghidorah’s otherwordly storms. But that begs the question, When will the sequence show up in the movie? Many people believe that the final battle will be the fight between Godzilla and Ghidorah in Boston, But the Storm system we see in DC appears to be three times more powerful and destructive than the storm system in Boston, Which makes me theorize that the battle between Godzilla and Ghidorah in Boston will take place somewhere in the middle, With the DC sequence happening after that. The completely otherwordly look to the storm cell, added on with the fact that DC is flooded as well as Rodan flying around in the corner, Makes me think that the final battle will possibly take place in D.C., and not Boston like we all think. Just a theory
