Best Godzilla toy with sound?

I'm pretty sure the only other toy is the S.H. Monsterarts Kou Kyou Kyouko Godzilla, or BioGoji, which was the Godzilla that fought Biollante in '89. It plays music, has a few roars, and has an atomic breath sound effect. No accessories though, which is kind of a bust. It's also really expensive

I just ordered the 12"2014 NECA - that has sound, though I dunno how "good" it is
