A New Godzilla Suit?!

I think that's the suit from Godzilla against MechaGodzilla.

It may be a new suit, but Toho made multiple suits from the mold used for the 2002-2003 suit. It's their flagship design for Godzilla, so they probably just cast a new suit from that mold. I doubt the actual 2002 and 2003 suits are in good-enough condition to actually be worn and move around anymore.

The design is based on the 2002 Kiryu-Goji suit, but it's just a publicity suit left over from the mid-2000s they brought out for this event. Toho has had a lot of publicity suits based on specific designs over the years to sell certain movies. They almost never use the actual suit used in the movies for outdoor media events like these-- They don't want the actual suits to get damaged. So they use cheaper suits to advertise movies and events.
