Godzilla becoming a hero again

Dude,Toho Said They Said That There Wouldn't Be Any More Godzilla Movies In Japan Because Of The Tsnami That Hit Fukishima In 2011.

I highly doubt that, if toho does ever bring back their godzilla, tomoyuki tanaka (if were still alive today) would not allow godzilla to become a hero again, he said that making godzilla a hero was the biggest mistake that they had made. Also if need proof of this, Ed Godzeisckeski has commentary on this in the classic media special features in terror of mechagodzilla....or i think it was ghidorah the three headed monster. :/

Toho never said they weren't going to make more. But Godzilla really should not be a hero, he is destruction and death incarnate, and should be a force of nature.

They said they aren't making more untill legendary ends with theirs, but i prefer godzilla as an evill punishment for mankind

Is it bad that I like Goji as a hero (to an extent)?

From my point of view, I really like Godzilla as the GOOD one.

However, I don't see him as a "hero", but more like an "antihero", like Wolverine or Batman. He came to do his job and he simple don't care the colateral damage. Legendary Godzilla was like this.

Godzilla most be a good guy, he is the protector of Earth, of nature and balance. Now, protector of humanty? I don't think so, just a simple NO.

Hard to say. I would like to see him as a hero every once in a while, but history has shown us that making him a hero has the chance of being one of the best in the series, but also movies with him being a hero are some of the worst in the series.

They only made godzilla a hero for kids when gamera influenced toho to do what daiei was doing. Tomoyuki tanaka like i stated himself said that making godzilla a hero was one of the biggest mistakes that the company had made, that is why the return of godzilla 1984 gave us the old dark mean vicious godzilla and which made for better results. :)
