What is your all time favorite godzilla monster besides godzilla?

So as of now my all time favorite Godzilla monster is Godzilla 2014. But then again Godzilla is so awesome I don't think its fair to count him on this list so. What is your all time favorite Godzilla monster instead of the destroyer of worlds himself? My personal favorite is the male M.U.T.O. His design is just so awesome and jaw droping. Oh my godzilla and that EMP ability is just so awesome. It may have not looked as cool as leatherback's EMP but its much more realistic. Plus he can fly which gives him much more advantages then the female M.U.T.O. And last but not least his roar. Most awesome roar I have ever heard except the new godzilla roar. Kinda sounds like King Gidorahs roar. So as I said before let me know what your favorite monster is in the comments below.
