Movies like 300, Pacific Rim and now Godzilla are not films many other studios would take a gamble on. But thankfully Legendary and more importantly, their CEO, Thomas Tull is one to gamble.
Legendary have put out some truly incredible films and at the epicenter of it all, is their love of the niche fan market, and the fans themselves.
I started this website almost 3 years ago now, and throughout our time online we've managed to gain some attention from Warner Bros. and Legendary. Helping promote Godzilla was a fun hobby more than it was a job for me. I'm very passionate about the franchise and so I set out to deliver a website that fans who shared my passion could appreciate. It just so happens, Legendary were some of these passionate fans.
What I like about Legendary is their appreciation for the fans with whose films they release. They genuinely care about the individual, more so than ticket sales. Because of this, they wanted to get to know me and this website a little better. They asked to interview me and ask a few questions a couple weeks back. Now that the film is out, they've posted it on their official Tumblr blog! You can read my interview with them, here!
It was cool to have a studio ask to interview me, normally it's the other way around. Haha. But check it out if you want.
I'd like to also thank Legendary for the opportunity and for being such great people to work with while promoting Godzilla. Can't wait to promote the sequel! ;)

AdminSpaceGodzillaMay-17-2014 2:12 PMI know, Legendary are a great bunch. Everyone I spoke with from there throughout the course of Godzilla's marketing run, were really enthusiastic and helpful. They're going places, for sure. Not to discount Warner Bros. though, they were also very supportive and generous towards us. Both great studios for bringing the King of the Monsters back to life.
But yeah, it was a real honor to have the chance to be interviewed by them. :)
