I think he means if they will call Godzilla as "Godzilla" in the movie. Or if he doesn't have a name.

Like in man of steel where never the word "superman" has been said in the whole movie.

Since before the title was changed, he meant if they are gonna call Godzilla as Jira (Translated as Zilla in English)
