The neca figure looks like a S.H monsterarts figure. The neca site

Even said He’s got over 25 points of articulation and a bendable tail.

Umm didnt see the point of this, but to go along with this, we should be super happy cuz neca will give us an SHMA similar toy for cheaper price ;D
