MemberMothra LarvaeMar-29-2014 7:10 PMI think that is just different paint. There has not been an announcement or anything, and the red atomic ray picture is just an ad for the Special Effects Pack. It is the same design, just a differnt color paint or lighting.

They improved its articulation.
The photo is meant to show you that it could be used in the regard of Jr, just as Adult JR is more than likely a reused costume anyway-- thus meaning who this monster is is up to your imagination when you're posing it.
Bandai does this everyonce in a while, be happy they have. They re-did their Kamen Rider black and Black RX figures to make them better articulated/look better.
