MemberMothra LarvaeMar-26-2014 3:51 AMsince the movie is already coming out about 2 more months maybe i should share my theory about the mutos. as most of us know the mutos color scheme is black as in the toys BUT in the trailer they are white or grey but this is my theory in a certain scene from the main trailer there was this tentacle thing attached to the missile and it looks like there are eggs covering the tentacles so first in the leaked script i found (sorry forgot where i saw it,it may be fake anyway) it said that two mutos' hunt togheter as a pair and they need a nuclear source or something so their eggs can gestate or something so I think that the tentacles with eggs covering them must have been the mutos' eggs and they're attached to what appears to be a nuclear missile and second about the changing designs and color schemes thiss is my guess....some of the eggs hatch or maybe the pair used to have their first form and the color grey color scheme until they evolved somehow. now the 8-legged muto design looked like a spider and it was color grey (u kno the 1 from the airport scene) and then it must have evolved next in the main trailer we get a look at the 8-legged mutos leg or something and if you look closely you'll see some red light sorta like the toys with the red lights on their legs. next the winged muto ( this one is hard but i'll try my best ) the winged muto from the main trailer and the international trailer sorta look like a moth ( but it's still hard to find out what the entire body looks like ) but then i guess it somehow evolved like the 8-legged muto did then they both took a humanoid yet insect form with horse hooves so thats all i could gather shre your thoughts :)

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-26-2014 12:46 PMIm 90% sure the toys will not look very similar to their counterparts in the movie. I would take that with a grain of salt.
