Neat, we might actually have a Tag team fight, 2 vs one, MUTO's vs Godzilla! But i notice people are getting very confused at the fact that they look alike, some actually complaining as to it being lack of vision or design.
Firstly i would like to remind all of you, that these are TOHO APPROVED designs. They personally went through everything in the film, and gave approval, meaning these MUTO designs were green lit when shown to the Toho personel.
Now as to the actual theory, we also need to remember that the MUTO's themselves are infact a kaiju breed, a species. Being a species, members are likely to look similar. Maybe because of this we see that "Bardiel" and the flying MUTO are very much alike. Now if they are insectoid, they must have some sort of hive mind as well, so maybe the flying MUTO is an "alpha male" or "sentinel" type version of MUTO "Bardiel". It could be this or maybe it could be that the MUTO "Bardiel" actually GROWS the wings and becomes flying MUTO. but that one is more of a longshot, so im sticking to the "alpha male" theory.

When it's been 100% confirmed to be untrue, a rumor ceases to be a rumor and becomes something else instead: baseless misinformation. By posting it again, I see it as a troll. Please don't do that anymore. Nobody likes a troll.
