Godzilla 2014 design

so from the evidence so far i am going to say what i personally think what the design is like and if there is any homages or similarities from the godzilla suits of the 3 series, i will also state what is true and not true which includes the inaccuacy of the toys we have seen.

Overall design

compared to the 1998 monster, this is a true godzilla and it is easy to recognise as godzilla to a kid if you showed him one movie. it has a small mouth like godzilla, near upright posture like godzilla, it had actual dorsal fins like godzilla. things like the feet and the size of the dorsal fins are not included in this.

Comparison to previous Godzilla's

in a nutshell discription i would call this godzilla a mix of the 3 series (2000 suit in the case of the millenium) i even see a 'tiny' bit of zilla in him (the mouth really), it has beefy strong look of heisei godzilla (lets just say 85-91) the arrangement and style of the dorsal fins and possible posture of the showa (thats the visible design, i see that he is more of a showa inspired godzilla) and the spikyness of millenium (sharp looking scales and pointed/slightly sharp dorsal fins. this topic has room for improvement, it will be easier when the movie accuate figures arrive(preferably S.H M.A) as i have 94 and 64 godzilla (will get 2000 soon).

The Dorsal fins and the inaccuacy of the recent toy leak

as we all know the dorsal fins of the toy were small, but as many have pointed out, due to the fact that it is a kids toy decreasing the size of the doral fins was a health and safty reason due to the fins being probably sharp (reference to 2000 suit possibly). as we should have known the dorsal fins are at a reasonable size from what we saw on the december teaser, it is also in the same arrangement as the showa fins, with the middle spikes becoming larger at the centre while the two rows next to the middle a smaller. at first from what i saw from prototype and concepts i thought the fins would be too small but they are quite reasonable or quite perfect to the new godzilla.

what do you guys think, should i do this again when both the movie is released and the figures come out and have the resources or should i stop. i'd like to know your opinions the design that we have been able to see (altough it is not the 100% desgin we are waiting to see)
