TWO GUESSES The MUTO ORG. knows/has known of the mutos and are tracking their movements within these sink holes in an attempt to bring them to the surface.

OR THEY ARE INCUBATING THEM WITHIN THESE CONNECTING MASSIVE SINK HOLES 

It does look pretty close just off the top of my head..

Godzillafan87 - I have that image you're asking for, but I don't know how to upload a photo here. If someone can point me to the instructions I will be happy to post. 

Also, under (what I think is the eye) is also the words, "MUTO Research.net"

@Melissa1, when you go to reply to the post u can use the insert button at the top of the reply box, click it and then click insert image if the image is saved onto your computer.  If the image is from a website/url then u can go to the very last button in the second row that has a mountain within the square as the icon and click on it and it will open a box for you to insert the url and then just click ok

@laminatedeffect, I thought it looked pretty close when I'm pictured the two images together in my head side by side but I could be totally wrong though.  My guess is that it probably could be a Muto because why would that organization have a picture of Godzilla.  Unlesssssss, they are secretly responsible for Godzilla somehow in the movie.

That is the image i was looking for exactly! Thank you Girlzilla! They look somewhat similar but def not identical to me.  Any other takers?

I agree. It probably looks different too because they have messed with the image to obscure it from full view. Did you noticed the MUTOResearch.net before? I didn't until I went frame by frame.
