What's the coolest Alien Monster Godzilla ever faced?

Over the many [b]Godzilla[/b] movies, [i]Godzilla[/i] had to defend Earth against ET invaders, sometimes controlled by advanced Alien species. So, of all the Alien Monsters [i]Godzilla[/i] has faced so far, which do you think was the coolest? Said it before and I'll say it again, he's just an all around badass of a Monster and deserves the title of coolest Alien Monster. For me, [b]Gigan[/b] beats out King Ghidorah, Orga, Space Godzilla, etc... But what about you? Which Monster gets your vote?
