Anyways, random headcannons I thought of right now:

Gigan is good, but he was just mind-controlled (That or I'm just a Gigan fangirl lol)

Biollante is a direct reincarnation of Erika 

Baragon and Anguirus are related in some way, or at least friends

Baragon and Varan are good friends

Zilla wasn't fully grown so he didn't develop Atomic Breath like Jr. (Or, because Zilla was a normal egg exposed to radiation and didn't fully develop it while Jr. was born a mutant)

Godzooky is still around, but he lives somewhere else and sometimes hangs out with Minilla and Godzilla Jr.

Mothra and Battra are siblings
