I just sharted!
There are strong men and weak men. The strong ones are here to keep the weak ones up when ever they fail.

I did thought this was fake as well, but it seems that Skreeok.com has also posted making me believe this is legit. Link to this info is here: http://skreeonk.com/2015/06/16/official-teaser-poster-released-for-tohos-godzilla-2016/
I don't necessarily think it's fake and I've noticed Skreeonk posted it, but they don't give a source either.
I still don't know if it is real. I am skeptical because Bob Eggleton said it's real, but others say it's fake. Odd.
What's even more strange is that it's been floating around online for months. The first instance I could find of this image hitting the net is a tweet from a Japanese fan on March 31st, the day the film was announced.
Not ready to call it fake just yet, but why wasn't this more widely seen during the announcement if it's been floating around twitter for so long?
HIGH FLYERS TAG TEAM - How very neat! If this image proves to be valid, I believe it will be exceptionally telling of the style and atmosphere that is to appear in the 2016 film! Thank you so much for sharing this with us! :)
Either way, if it's fake or real, it's AWESOME!

Well, if it's real, it would point to the angularity, design-wise, that Gman mentioned sometime ago.
In any case, great look.
I hope it's fake. It simply looks terrible and cheap. I'm not necessarily talking about the spines, because I can't really gather much from that. But the poster design is horrible. I could do better with one of my old photoshop programs. If it's real, it's a laughable start for marketing.
Well, I just googled it under Godzilla 2016 poster. It did come up, however, I think it's digital fan artwork more than anything to be honest. If it is real, then this seems to give me even more hope for a solo film.

According to Bob Eggleton, Haruo Nakajima recently shared this poster on Japanese social media, which is why it suddenly became widespread on the internet. It's a fan poster that has been floating around for a while, but the fact that Nakajima recently shared it led many people to believe it was official.
