Gormaru Island posted this on their facebook page. That bandai namco is talking bout a new godzilla fighting video game for next gen consoles. But are unaware if the market is big enough for such a big project. They ask if you can go to there twitter, facebook, and petition to give your support for the project. Ok fellow Godzilla fans lets get this done :)

Gormaru Island Update: Want A GODZILLA Fighting Game? This will no doubt surprise fans, while annoying several others in the process. But while drilling for more information of the exhibit booth, the GODZILLA game booth that rampaged the Bandai Namco Games Exhibit in Japan several weeks back. From 2ch forums, a representative was present and answered a few questions from a G-fan and member of the forum. One of the questions that were asked, "You know, a lot of Godzilla fans are really interested in a new Godzilla fighter game, not in just Japan, but worldwide as well. This has been demanded for years, and has increased since the release of the new Godzilla film. Will Bandai Namco Games produce a new Godzilla fighting game if numerous fans knocked on your door and asked for it?" Representative's Answer : "We're extremely aware of the fans, although we're unsure on how strong the demand really is for such a game. If they reach out and tell us, demanded from us, and showed how much they wanted a Godzilla fighter game, then we'll definitely look into it and see what we can do.
