CHAPTER ONE: Know your Enemy
It's very important to know Godzilla. However, the anatomy of Godzilla is too complex to display, but most of us know what he looks like.
CHAPTER TWO: EVACUATE!!!
When Godzilla emerges, evacuate the area. Recommended units of evacuation are planes and cars. A safe shelter must be underground and be at least 500 miles (804.672 km) away from the water. This will keep you safe as the military deals with Godzilla. Remember, it's best to have a shelter before disaster strikes
CHAPTER THREE: Wait it Out
As we know, the military would try to tame Godzilla. However, this will ultimately fail. As the military fight Godzilla, it's best to wait in your shelter. In there, you should have enough food to last at least three months. The battle won't be over for a long time. Why? It's Godzilla. However, what should you do after destruction attempts fail?
CHAPTER FOUR: More Waiting
Because Godzilla is an almighty creature, it would take a long time to stop him. Plus his regeneration, this is going to be a very long war of man vs. nature. However, the attacked country might get support of its allies, and more fighting wll ensue.
CHAPTER FIVE: PURE SCIENCE!!!
To stop the creature, we'll need some sort of super-weapon, like the Oxygen Destroyer. Let's try a tank of toxic gas inside of a crate of buzzsaws inside of a crate of toxic darts inside of a crate of bombs inside of a missle inside of a larger missile inside of a spiky missile with chainguns shooting extremely toxic darts. Wait more in your shelter, and try to contribute money and supplies. However, after more and more waiting, and lots of ammo used by the military, the fight between man and the (extremely slowly) weakening Godzilla will be stopped by our superweapon!
CHAPTER SIX: THE SUPERWEAPON!
Let's say that after six weeks of research and development, a superweapon is generated. It, along with an arsenal of missiles, bombs, and turrets, are used on Godzilla. Let's say that the tons of weaponry plus the superweapon were a success, and Godzilla was destroyed. What now?
CHAPTER SEVEN: After the Disaster
Even though Godzilla is dead, it isn't safe to return home. Godzilla is a giant, radioactive, mutant reptile. You must stay in the area you're in for at least four days while the government disposes of the body and radiation. After a few days, return home. Just a tip, be prepared for another attack if there is one.

MemberTitanosaurusJun-15-2014 2:29 PMWell, this post gets a few things wrong: First, you didn't consider the fact that at that size, Godzilla isn't imposing whatsoever, and thus can't be Godzilla. Second, you called him a mutated dinosaur. He's not mutated. Only the Heisei one was. He's also not a dinosaur. Only the Heisei one was. Third, you killed him off. He can't be Godzilla if you can kill him conventionally.
I'm sorry, but this isn't a survival guide to surviving a Godzilla attack. This is a survival guide to surviving a mutant dinosaur attack. Basically, surviving Zilla, only somehow this is even less of a threat. Somehow. Why can't you just write one based on a REAL Godzilla attack? That way, it makes it sound like you have credibility as a Godzilla fan, as well as being a true survival expert.
Otherwise, this post is just JUNK! There's no Godzilla in it at all. That's LYING! I CALL LYING!

MemberMothra LarvaeJun-15-2014 4:39 PMHonestly, I'm going to agree with TheGman123 here, this was probably one of the least knowledgable guides on Godzilla yet.
Even the shortest of Godzillas are taller then 80 feet, the tallest being 350 ft.
And as said above, Godzilla can't be killed by weapons. He's capable of surviving life-wiping meteors in close proximity.
You've either only watched the 1998 film or have only heard of Godzilla's name and haven't seen any of his name.
Do a little more research next time sir.
@Catzilla
What the heck are you making up here? He isn't imitating one of our beoved mods name, it's pure coincidence.

MemberGiganJun-15-2014 5:26 PMBecause of all the hate and this sounding like a Zilla survival guide, I went through some heavy editing. Now, I present to you, a more accurate guide. This one will work for the original Godzilla, and possibly a couple more.

MemberMothra LarvaeJun-15-2014 8:00 PMThat's really good! It seems acurate to me, but ya know, I'm relatively new around this forum.
I wouldn't really call it hate, due to the lack of hateful words, but maybe contrusctive critisizing that could be worded a little bit better.
As for my two-cents, I feel like it would take a little bit more than 6 weeks to create an oxygen destroyer without prior research on it, or Godzilla, but my time skills are bad.

MemberMothra LarvaeJun-15-2014 9:39 PMGreat job. I hope I don't need to use it someday.

MemberGiganJun-16-2014 2:35 PMNerdyBadngeeks- It would definitely take more than six weeks. probbaly 2 YEARS
Good grief.

MemberGiganJun-16-2014 6:12 PMWell, I didn't mean an Oxygen Destroyer. That was an example.

MemberTitanosaurusJun-16-2014 6:23 PMUmmm....... why are we assuming coming up with a superweapon is gonna work? Or is even possible? Why must we be concerned with killing it when the probability of us achieving such an effect is about one out of a few sextillion, possibly more?

MemberGiganJun-17-2014 4:09 PMFun Fact: The toxins in the darts are from the South Sea Cone Snail. The toxins in one dart can kill a human in two-thousandths of a second. With a couple hundred of them hitting Godzilla, he'll be serverely poisoned and open to more darts and explosions.
