Godzilla 2014 end fight

I don't care but he just needs to walk off into the distance into the ocean, knowing that the humans fear him and have learned their lesson and then roars... roll credits

yeah godzilla needs to walk off into the sunset so to speak and roll credits thats the way he needs to go out in this film as an unstoppable force that RAYMOND BURR QUOTE: NEITHER MAN NORITH MACHINES ARE ABLE TO STOP THIS CREATURE: end quote but his main antagonist needs to be one of these new monsters that we havent seen yet and should be stronger than godzilla so that he can have a challange on his hands but in the end defeat him/her with his most powerful weapon THE ICONIC ATOMIC BREATH ATTACK

I like it, but its a little cliché for me personally, would prefer something more ambiguous when it comes to the end scene. Don't have a clue what, would have to see a lot more footage to even consider what the last frame would be.

Yeh, BIGBADBEN, i can definitely see atomic breath as a finishing move in a fight.

The real question then,KaijuChris,is how they intend on introducing the famous atomic breath. It has to be unexpected by the characters,seeing as how they're supposed to be seeing it and Godzilla himself for the first time.

I say that they are in a refuge or some kind of skyscraper, somehow still standing, and that they are near the fight and godzilla lets it all out (atomic breath).

I'm not entirely sure THEGMAN123, its also questionable whether atomic breath will make an appearance at all, though I imagine it most likely will, as to serve a tribute to fans and it is after all one of the King's main traits. I will say that I cannot imagine it being blue, or look like a beam of light (dragon ball Kamehameha style), the style of the film appears too gritty/what if this were real and would, if done wrongly, look out of place in the film. I'm baffled as to how they would execute it visually, but am definitely intrigued.

This is completely off topic, but I love how my neighbours are currently watching a copy of pacific rim very loudly next door haha

Massive fight should ensue, lots of building destruction and what not, Godzilla and enemy monster should be at least evenly matched if the enemy not slightly stronger. Enemy monster over powers Godzilla a few times majorly pissing him off to the point that he conjures up his thermonuclear ray dumbfounding and just plain terrorizing all who witness it. Godzilla eventually wins, roaring victoriously and walks off disappearing beneath the waves with humans knowing that he will return. Credits role a bit only to stop at a "secret ending scene" revealing the emergence of a classic kaiju to appear in the sequel.

I'm liking what everyone here is saying, but I'm not sure about the final scene being Godzilla walking off into the ocean. I'm not saying that that shouldn't happen, i just think there will be at least some dialog after it, where the main character talk about how he could return. It is, after all, supposed to be a story about the people as well as about Godzilla. (or at least from what they've been telling us)

P.S. I like the Secret ending scene about a classic kaiju for the next movie
