June 09, 2013I wouldn't be scared. If anything, Edwards knows what the fans want, so I supposed he hated the dumb idea of Godzilla eating fish as much as I did. I think the use of the fishing village is to show when Godzilla appears, and begins wrecking havoc! I guess Edwards wanted to have Japanese influence in his film so the use of the village coexists nicely.
What is your opinion on Godzilla terrorizing San Francisco? I was kinda sad it wasn't terrorizing Tokyo, I would have hoped Edwards would have maybe brought the tradition back, but I guess he went all american to some extent on this one. But I just hope they do use some suitmation!
